Coaching & Personal Training Services

For the novice, elite, and anyone in between, my coaching philosophy will help you get the results you are after – faster times without overtraining; and improved health, performance, and recovery through better nutrition. Coaching can be accomplished through effort based, heart-rate based or power based (cycling) workouts.

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

Swim Coaching Session…………………………….$40/30 min or $70/hr

Meeting at MLK pool or your local pool for stroke and technique analysis and workout sessions.

Cycling Coaching Session…………………………….$70/hr

Ride along Coaching to assess technique, bike fit, equipment and efficiency. Personal instruction on changing tubes/tires, and simple mechanical bicycle work. Ride along Coaching can also include workouts, on bike testing and training rides.

Running Coaching Session…………………………….$40/30 min or $70/hr

Meeting at a local track or a run along coaching session to assess technique, biomechanics and gait analysis.

CUSTOM COACHING PACKAGES

Custom coaching packages are available for swimming, cycling, running, triathlons and multi-sport. Packages can be event specific or for long term fitness development. There is no setup fee, but all Coaching Packages require a 3 month minimum.

STANDARD TRAINING PLAN

Looking for a training plan but coaching is not in your budget? Training plans do not include consultations or email support. Initial email questionnaire would be used to develop fitness levels and event goals.  These plans will be loaded into a Training Peaks account and will guide you through your event training but will not include changes to the plan without a fee.
