Boot camp for Endurance Athletes, Tuesdays at 5:45

Weight training for endurance athletes? While the focus for runners and cyclists is most often the legs, gains in upper-body strength can translate to a significant performance advantage by improving muscle efficacy and reducing fatigue. Maintaining proper form while running or staying in aero-position on the bike longer will mean better results for you! Tuesday night’s boot camp will focus on upper body and core strength that will make you stronger and more efficient without bulking you up.
