The She Tris Triathlon plans are 8 week plan designed for the beginner or intermediate, and most likely time-crunched, athlete. It will guide you through the process of preparing for your race.

She Tris Triathlon Beginner Training Plan

The beginner plan is for athletes with little to no experience in one or all of the disciplines. It provides a slower ramp up of times and distances.

She Tris Triathlon Intermediate Training Plan

The intermediate plan is for athletes who are already able to run more than 10 minutes and have a some riding and swimming experience.
