Anne has many years experience and maintains several certifications for group exercise training in addition to coaching.  She also serves as a health and wellness advisor, with emphasis on nutrition for performance.  Anne specializes in consulting endurance athletes who are interested in an alternative, holistic approach to fueling the body for health, wellness, and performance.

She is also a public speaker on endurance sport and has had publications featured in USA Triathlon and Runner’s World magazines.
